Widower of his dear Audrey, Gerald is survived by his beloved son Ralph, daughter-in-law Natalie, grandchildren Daphné & Nicholas, brother Tony and sisters Pat, Sheila, Susie and Valerie, as well as his cherished nieces and nephews.
Born in Wallasey, England, and then immigrated to Canada in 1957, Gerry loved life and was ambitious and passionate about seeking interest and adventure and always loved social gatherings. His family and friends were the most important things to him. He enjoyed his career and friends at the Royal Ontario Museum, and was also a drummer, commissioned sculptor and enjoyed flying and sailing.
All will miss Gerry’s warm personality and sense of humour that uplifted everyone around him.
Special thanks to the staff at Toronto East General Hospital for the amazing care.
