Giuseppe was a sensitive and thoughtful man. He was always seeking the meaning of life and greeted everyone with kindness and a boyish sense of humour. Giuseppe gave selflessly and completely and never asked for reward. He was a constant presence in the home helping raise his nieces, Linda and Marisa, when his sister could not. He was so very proud of them and his nephews, Austen and Thomas. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
As Giuseppe was an avid reader and intellectual, donations in lieu of flowers can be made to the Toronto Public Library Foundation in his memory.
A visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, located at 1141 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, ON, M6E1B1, on February 24, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am. The funeral service will follow at the same venue at 11:30 am. The committal service will take place at Prospect Cemetery, 1450 St Clair Ave W, Toronto, ON, M6E 1C6, on the same day.
