Giuseppina Brutto

Giuseppina Brutto passed away peacefully at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare on March 28, 2018 in her 79th year. She is now with her loving husband of 41 years, Salvatore Brutto. Together they had 4 loving children Connie (Domenic), Carmelo, Bruno (Lucia) and Cathy. She will be missed by her loving grandchildren Isabella and Christian. Giuseppina is predeceased by her loving mother and father Bruno and Caterina Lacaria. She was born in Brognaturo, Italy and was the eldest of 6 siblings. Bruna (predeceased Francesco), Rocco (Domenica), Raffella (Gianni), Maria (predeceased Frank) and Antonio (Irene). Giuseppina will be missed by all her nieces, nephews, friends and family. The Family would like to thank all the nurses, doctors and staff at Bridgepoint Active Healthcare for all their care and support. A visitation will be held at THE JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (1141 St. Clair Ave W., one block east of Dufferin St.) on Monday, April 2, 2018 from 1:00 – 4:00 pm & 6:00 – 9:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at St. Clare’s Catholic Church 10:30 am. Burial at Prospect Cemetery to follow. In memory of Giuseppina, donations may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society.
