It is with great sadness we announce that Giuseppina Pisani passed away surrounded by her family on August 2, 2023. She has been reunited in Heaven with her husband Michelantonio. Giuseppina was born on July 18, 1937 in Genzano di Lucania, Potenza, Basilicata, Italy to Nicola and Carmela Gioia.
Loving mother of Joe (Mary), Nick (Marianna), Enrico (Ornella) and Mike (Angela). Cherished Nonna of Josie, Julia (Anthony), Nicole (Armando), Arianna (Micheal), Michela and Ava, and bisnonna to Gianpaolo.
Giuseppina is survived by her sisters and brother Grazia, Teresa, and Michele of Italy, and Domenico of Canada. She will be dearly missed by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
Family and friends may visit at the Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (1 block east of Dufferin) on Friday, August 4, 2023 from 2-4 & 6-9 pm.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday at 9:00 am at St. Clare’s Church (1118 St. Clair Ave. W. Toronto). Entombment to follow at Glendale Memorial Gardens (1810 Albion Rd., Etobicoke.).
