I was shocked and deeply saddened by Heather's sudden passing. I met Heather when her family moved to Agincourt many years ago. Heather was the new girl in class, this was in the later part of grade school at Holy Spirit. Heather was full of life and laughter and we became best friends. We finished grade school and moved on to High School, Stephen Leacock. It was just built and we were the first grade nine's to attend. Heather loved all the social events, dances and school trips. All these extras activities needed money, so we took a babysitting course together and we locked up the neighbourhood for babysitting jobs. Heather had the bottom half of the neighbourhood and I had the top half. If I was busy, I would say my best friend can do it and she did the same for me. Our last 2 summers in high school we taught Art's and Craft's to hundreds of children in the area and that is when Heather fell in love with the idea of becoming a teacher. Although we lost touch with each other after high school, I did hear that Heather had become a High School teacher and that she loved it. I often wondered where she was and what she was doing now. I now know that she is in Heaven teamed up with the Angels, and what an amazing Guardian Angel Heather will be. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family in this time of grief and I hope your family can take comfort in knowing that now they have a special guardian angel to watch over them.

Heather was a warm, sincere and caring friend with a cheerful smile and joyful personality. She will be dearly missed.

It is with a heavy heart that I have learned of my dear friend, Heather's passing.  To her family, my deepest sympathies.  Heather was a kind and loving person who was passionate about life and gave it everything she had with a generous dose of laughter and humour.  She will be missed.  Rest well, "Darlin".

I was deeply saddened to hear of Heather's unexpected passing. Having known her from our days teaching at Fr. Henry Carr, I will miss her sense of humour, her infectious laugh, her compassion and her joie de vivre. The memory of the two us walking the gang plank to board our Carnival cruise ship in St. Martin after spending too long shopping will forever make me smile. Heather always had time to listen to other people's problems even as she struggled with her own. May she find peace in heaven.

It's hard to believe it when you get the news that someone who has impacted your life has passed away. Heather had a pure heart and wanted only the best for those she cared about.  She will be missed. To her family, I offer you my sincerest condolences.

I will always remember meeting Heather when I started at Henry Carr. He Smile, her bright green eyes and her infectious laugh always stayed with me.

Heather, My firiend you left this world way before your time. I will miss you dearly.When i first met you years ago and we did our weekend trips every so often to the USA shopping, i will never ever forget the time you made me ride the Merry Go Round with you. Two grown women with all those children, but iwe had fun even in the restaurant with the place mats for the kids. You just made life so much more enjoyable. I will miss you dearly.But may you rest in peace.

Heather was my high school teacher over 25 years ago. We stayed in touch after I graduated. She was such a strong influence on me and I will never forget her positive role in my life. Heaven has a new angel. Farewell 'Ms. M'...

I will always remember Heather's beautiful smile.   She could light up a room with her laughter.   Our families had a deep bond of love for each other.  
Although she is gone, she lives on forever in our memories.

My dear friend Heather, introduce to me by a neighbor her good friend Bonnie, Heather and I became instant friends!  That was in 1987.. We shared common interests & always had fun! We talked about our  hopes & dreams, guests at each other's weddings.. Sunshine in my daughters life, never to be forgotten! Heather as I am sure many can say became part of the  family loved by all. Fond memories , with deep sadness for the coming years without her.. Cheers my friend, hope the Martini's up there are up to our standards, hold a seat till I see you again!  Farewell lovely lady... You will be greatly missed until  we meet again!

Heather was such a pleasant, generous person. She was the life of the staff room and every social event. She earned the highest respect from all who knew her : students, parents and colleagues. She will be sadly missed. May she rest in peace.

I first met Heather almost 30 years ago when I began my career at Father Henry Carr. She was a vivacious teacher who engaged staff and students in many school activities. I will always remember her infectious laughter and her beautiful green eyes! My deepest condolences to her family and friends.
