Peacefully at Ray Oak Place on Sunday December 5th, 2010 Herbert predeceased by his wife Frances. Dear father of Jeff and his wife Bonnie. Also fondly missed by his cherished granddaughter Elissa. Herbert was a retired Captain with 38 years of service with the Toronto Fire Department. Herbert also served during the Second World War with the Royal Canadian Navy. Friends may visit the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home & Chapel 467 Sherbourne Street on Wednesday from 2-4 & 6-9 p.m. A service will be held in the Coach House Chapel on Thursday December 09, 2010 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations to, “Operation Christmas Tree” would be appreciated by the family.
