Ian was born on August 18, 1949, to Ronald Whalley and Norah Whalley in India.
Ian battled Cancer for a number of years and finally succumbed to the disease.
Ian is survived by his two children, four grandchildren, his brother and nephews.
As per Ian’s request, no funeral or memorial service will be held.
