Passed away peacefully on Saturday, December 24th, 2016 at the age of 89. Devoted wife of the late Murray, and cherished mom of Diane (Paul), Linda, Tom, and (adopted daughter) Leslie. Proud grandma of Michael (Sarah), Tricia (Greg), John, Shane (Tina), and Murray (Marni). Doting GG of Ashleigh, Shane, Shannon, Ryan, Matheu, Marissa, and Colin, Gavin, and Hailie; great-great grandma of Myla. Close friend of Shirley Wood. Irene will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her sister-in-law Shirley, nieces, nephews, family, and friends. The family would like to thank the kind and supportive staff of Ina Grafton Gage. A Memorial Reception will take place at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Friday, December 30, 2016 from 1-3 pm.
