I Just heard of Jack's sudden passing and would like to send my deepest condolences to the Higgins family. I knew Jack for a number of years through his involvement with electric flight.

Stunned to just get the news of Jack's passing.  He was always so supportive and encouraging early in my racing career.  Nothing but kind words and fond memories of a great man.

Auntie Mary, Glenn, Kim,Carl and Family...we are all so very sorry for your loss.  Will never forget Uncle Jack's charming smile and generous nature.  Sending you lot's of love.

So very shocked and saddened to hear of Jack's passing 
I have known his name for over fifty years as Mary was a dear friend of my sister Ann  but had not met him until just a month ago when we had the great pleasure and privilege of spending  a wonderful afternoon with Jack, Mary and Carl on a recent visit to Toronto.  He was truly a memorable man and I send my sincerest sympathies to Mary, Carl and Glenn and the grandchildren he so loved and enjoyed.   You  are all in my thoughts and prayers at this saddest of times

The staff at the Whitchurch-Stouffville Museum & Community Centre were deeply saddened to hear of Jack's passing.  We worked with him on several TEMAC events over the past couple years.  He was a wonderful man to work with and we will miss those interactions!  Our most heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time.

My condolences to you and your family. He was a fine mentor, a nice fellow to be around and I always enjoyed our conversations. I will miss him.

 I was shocked to hear of Jack's passing. I enjoyed working with him at many BARC race events in the past and enjoyed his company on the many NASCAR trips to Michigan. Our thoughts are with Mary and the family.

Both Anne and I were deeply saddened on learning of Jack's passing.  Our thoughts and prayers go out to Mary and the entire family.  I can't recall the first time we met Jack-- probably during the CIAS. I only know each encounter was a memorable time filled with great conversations and much laughter.  This we will miss but he will be remembered. Rest in peace, Jack.

It was a shock to hear about Jack's passing and while I have not been in touch with you both for many years you have never been too far from my thoughts. This is my last photo of Jack (taken exactly one week before Jack left us) at the TEMAC (Toronto Electric Model Aviation Club) flying field, surrounded by friends young and old, and as always, very much in the centre of our universe.

God bless you Jack. You have enriched our lives and leave an enormous ache in our hearts.  We will do everything we can to carry on, as you would surely have us do, blessed with your legacy of seemingly endless inspiration.

I knew Jack from his long-time involvement in, and support of, motorsports in almost every area possible. He was a great mentor, and could be counted on for his dependability and knowledge - which he willingly shared to the benefit of all. He will be greatly missed. RIP Jack.

Jack was a wonderful mentor who gave generously and freely of his time, knowledge and skills. He was loved and respected by many, may people.  I will never forget him.

It was with shock & great sadness  this morning in Spain that I heard of Jack's sudden death. We were friends in Dublin more than 50 years ago and I am very grateful to have spent a few wonderful days with himself and Mary in their home just one month ago.
