Passed away peacefully on Saturday, November, 14, 2015 in his 92nd year. Loving husband of the late Elizabeth. Beloved father of the late Patsy Mustard (Wendell). Proud uncle of Gail. Grandfather of two granddaughters and great-grandfather of eight. Cherished friend of the Brumwell and Brans families. The family of Jack would like to thank the Palliative Care Unit at Markham Stouffville Hospital and give a special thank you to the staff at Rouge Valley Retirement Residence in Markham for their compassionate care. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 18, 2015 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Followed by a Funeral Service in the Chapel at 11:30 a.m. Interment at Pine Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Salvation Army.
