Jacqueline Elizabeth Roy

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Jacqueline "Jackie" Elizabeth Roy nee Francis after a brief illness. She has been reunited with her parents Robert and Margaret and older brother Richard. She is survived by her husband of 32 years Frederick Williams, son, Jason, daughters Kimberly and Nicole as well as her grandchildren David and Hailey and brother Guy Francis and her extended family.

Jackie was born the middle child in Toronto in 1954 to parents, Robert and Margaret Francis. She had a great love for animals crafts and cars, but her greatest love and accomplishment was her family. She was a proud housewife who took great care of those she considered hers, and many of whom were brought into the family fold due to her kindness. She will be remembered as the matriarch who held her family, as large as it was together with sheer force of will. She was a force of nature and an amazing wife, mother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend to those who knew her and will be missed dearly.

Her family, would like to extended their deepest gratitude to the kind, caring staff at Toronto East General Hospital who helped care for Jackie in her final weeks.
