It is with great sadness and heavy hearts we announce the passing of Jason Middleton suddenly on Wednesday November 17, 2021 of multiple health issues. Predeceased by Grandparents Emm & Cecil Middleton, Margaret & Joseph Richards. Parents Catherine Richards and John Middleton (Marilynne Middleton). Jason will be missed by sisters Kim, Heather (Bill) and Jackie (Darren). Jason enjoyed Jazz, R&B, Rock and both kinds of music. He was a great supporter of The Toronto Maple Leafs, The Toronto Blue Jays, The Toronto Raptors, Nascar, Indy and the NFL. Cremation has taken place.
