Jeremiah “Jerry” O’Sullivan of Scarborough, Ontario passed away on Friday, June 20, 2025 at the age of 91. Jerry was born in Ireland, raised in England and eventually immigrated to Canada to make his living as an electrician. Jerry always enjoyed listening to music and was an avid sports fan to the end. He was good-natured and jovial and he loved to laugh and make others laugh. No detail was too small when Jerry told anecdotes about his life and his unique brand of physical comedy overcame all language barriers. He was fearless when trying to entertain non-English speakers with a funny story and they always seemed to get the joke. He will be remembered fondly by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him - at home, at the cottage, and in Gmund, Austria.
Jerry is survived by his daughters Kerry-Anne Barrett and Suzanne O’Sullivan, and by his sister Sheilagh Hannan. He will be sadly missed by his best friend Louisa Feinig, his companion for almost 50 years, and by Louisa’s children and grandchildren.
