Of Toronto, Ontario, beloved husband of Sherrill, passed away peacefully on September 3rd, 2016 at the age of 84. Cherished father of John, Eleanor, Janet and James, and step father to Carolyn and Charles. Grandfather to Sadie, Andrew, Jack, Sophie, Madison, Daniel and great grandfather to Owen.
The entire family wishes to extend their gratitude to all the staff of the Toronto East General Hospital and Bridgepoint Active Healthcare for their exemplary care.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
A memorial of Jack’s life will be held at Trull Funeral Home, 1111 Danforth Ave, Toronto on Tuesday September 20th. Visitation at 1:00pm, memorial service at 2:00pm.
