Seven years after his leaving to angels, Radu is still remembering his good friend, cherishing the memories with John. He listened to the song played for him.

I met John at St. Basil's High school and would often spend time walking home together afterschool.  John always had a smile on his face and always was great  source of  inspiration.

RIP in John. It was a pleasure and privilege to have known John when I use to work at Compugen. It was always a pleasure to speak with him and when I visited the new office John was always asking how thing where going for me back in the UK. My sympathies to all the family from Matt, Siobhan and Saoirse in the UK

It is hard to imagine the rest of my life without my brother John. He has become the greatest teacher I ever had. He taught me that family is the most important thing in life. For over the past few years John showed me how much he cared for his wonderful family, loved ones in Italy and his long-time friends. This is what has helped to keep our family united and strong. John adored his wife and his children. They were very special to him and he loved them more than anything. John taught me how important it is to say the words I love you often to the loving people in your life. He also taught me how easy it is to love. 
Being able to him so closely in the last few days of his life proves that our relationship has always been a special part of my life and that he will always be in my heart. 
I've learned that my brother was a religious man who had a strong belief in God and faith in the church. He was at peace knowing that his time to go was near and that he would soon be reunited with our loving father. John was a positive soul. He was never afraid to express his love and he always put his family first. John's teachings helped me to understand why I had to let go. 
John was truly a great man and a caring big brother who has accomplished so much in his short time here on earth. 
I will miss him and love him forever.

I know John for a long time.  He was the man at the helpdesk from the beginning of time for me. He loved joining us on every golf tourney we made as well.  His smile was contagious. My deepest condolences to all John's family and friends. John was a special person that knew how to enjoy life and to handle the people that surround him. I will never forget that when he needed me, he screamed at my name and I knew he wasn't insulting or being offensive with me. It was just the trust he had in me. Spending many hours with John over the past couple of years I learned some important lessons from him.  The one that resonates the most for me is to always put your family first.  John was an amazing father and husband.  He would often talk about his family and it was clear they were the centre of his world.  

John was a kind soul who made work enjoyable each day for everyone around him - myself being one of them.  If anyone knew the true meaning of life - it was John.  He touched many individuals and it is so hard to imagine we will not see him any longer...

John, you were loved by everyone who knew you and your memories will live on.

John was such a wonderful person, he will be very sadly missed.  Regardless if it was work or an event or just passing in the hall you could always count on John to have a friendly smile and warm hello. John was a joy to this world,  such a lovely human being! He made a difference in this world everywhere around him. If this world would have everybody be like John, we would definitely live in a better world. I had the privilege to dance once with John at Compugen's Winterfest party (where I was invited as Radu's wife) and will always remember that precious dance. He was a great dancer! An outstandingly beautiful person, full of energy, and zest for life. I used to ask my husband once in a while how is John doing because once you met John, you could never forget him.  John was an inspiration to this world! He lived intensely every day of his life, spreading around joy, love, and friendship.   I saw the pictures with John and kept smiling seeing him smiling in those photos.  This is John: you see him and you can't help but smile. He had a beautiful family, he lived intensely and loved life. His footprints are in everybody's heart as footprints of love and joy. You did a wonderful job in this world John! Your family must be very proud of you.  My heart goes with John's family and I will raise a prayer in Heaven to comfort them in this immense sadness. RIP, John, you will always be missed and remembered.

Dear Anna, How can I tell you how much sadness this brings to me to hear of John's passing. My heartfelt condolences to you, the kids and all of the family. My prayers are with you. For the last seven years I have accumulated thousands of memories with John, beginning each and every working day having a coffee together.
