It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Judith (Judy) Shpeley (nee Bamford).
Judy passed at her home in Toronto on February 1, 2022 at the age of 70. Loving mother of
Kim and Geoff and grandma to Nicholas. Judy will be missed by her brother Ross (Pat) and her
many nieces and nephews. Judy is predeceased by her parents Jean and James Bamford and
her brother James “Bud” Bamford.
Judy was always available with a great hearty laugh and a willing ear to listen when needed.
Judy was very involved with the Salvation Army and loved her time serving with them. She was
a lover of the arts and could often be found at a theatre production or at the movies with her
dear friend.
A private viewing will be held for the family and a celebration of life will be planned at a later
date.
Memorial donations can be made to the Salvation Army in lieu of flowers.
