To the family;
I am just sitting here, reflecting on the beautiful service for a beautiful woman, which I was honored to witness.  As I made my way home, I realize that I carried with me the love that was in that room tonight. The love of all who had gathered to say good-bye to Kathy - while celebrating her life.  As I think of all of the words and memories that were shared this evening, I think that I would add that I am thankful for Kathy's generosity of spirit, which she shared with the community she loved so purely – a community who loved her in return.   And as a family, you made the decision amidst your grief to share your mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, life partner with the community one final time.  A gift, befitting the memory and legacy of Kathy.  May she rest in Heavenly Peace and may God comfort and keep each of you.

My sincere condolences to the Costain/Reddick family. We may have lost a wonderful friend a Mother, daughter, sister, Aunt even a grandma, but her compassion and teachings were needed up above all that she was, will still live in her family and friends.

Our deepest sympathys on the passing of Kathy

I remember Kathy as a caring person, a great mother and a woman with an amazing sense of humour no matter what was going on in her life. She always knew how to make you smile or laugh. She was like family to me and i am sadened by her passing. I can only hope that she is above making others smile and laugh while watching over her beautiful family and that she is resting peacefully. I really would like to extend my condolences to the entire family and of course, Sandra, Nicki and Matt.

I remember your mother with great admiration, good times and smiles. Sending all my love and support to all of you.

Dear Brother Att, Niki, Matty, Attie and Angie:  I know Kathy's passing will leave a void in your hearts but the thing I remember most about her was her amazing sense of humor and her infectious laugh.  She left you with so many blessings and memories of her.  Know that we love you and offer our prayers and give you our strength.  Be there to love, laugh and remember all the special things she left you with. Anyone who knew my sister in law Kathy would say she'd want you to live very long and happy lives. I was so sorry to hear of Kathy`s passing. She was a wonderful and caring person. Even when she wasn`t feeling well she would always have a smile on her face. She will be missed but she now out of her suffering. On behalf of myself and my family I want to extend my condolences to Att, Sandra, Nikki and Matt. May God be with you during this difficult time.

My deepest condolences for the loss of your mother Kathy was one of the nices people i new she always made time to talk to anyone that needed to .

We'd spend time here and there, chatting for a while
I never left your presence without a renewed smile
You're kindness and love for Children is what I'll remember most
Your laughter and the sing-a-longs were filled with great verbose 
Oh the stories you would tell to us, would have us laughing out loud
Your laughter rising up to rest upon the clouds
The sunshine in your voice, the spirit that shone through…
These are just some memories that I will always have of you.
I thank you for those memories; they will hold me until we meet again.

My baby sister Kathy took her share of licks. But she always came back softer, more beautiful. I recall her first wobbly steps in the summer of 1956 as she fell down over and over. She always got up stronger, laughing hysterically at her new skills. Once she got her legs steady, she used them for another 56 years to teach others how to walk without falling too hard.

Sorry about your lost. Think about it this lost as a blessing to you. Your mother was a very strong, beautiful, caring, & understanding WOMAN. Use her good qualities and live a wonderful life, that is what she would want. Also remember GOD takes the best, and she was the best on Sat.Feb.2/13. I will always be here for you guys. I am so sorry and my heart is heavy. I send peace, love and light to all who love Kathy especially her beautiful children and grandchildren.

November 4th, 2012 we departed on our trip to Jamaica. What a fun and relaxing time we had. Kathy loved the water and was so relaxed just floating around and baking in the sun on the beach. This lady knew how to have a good time and it was fun to watch her enjoying life while fighting a battle.I am so glad I went on that trip and was able to share that time with Kathy.
