Passed away at St. Joseph's Health Centre in Toronto on Sunday, November 8, 2015. Kenneth was born to parents Thomas and Ellen Reid in Dublin, Ireland on December 14, 1921. He graduated from Dublin University Trinity College with Honours; he became a Freelance Journalist writing articles for such papers as the Toronto Star. Kenneth was known as an educated, well-written, elegant, graceful, gentleman. He took pride in writing letters to Dignitaries in Canada and Overseas. He was very active in the Arts, serving as a past President of The Shaw Society of Canada.
Friends may call at Jerrett Funeral Home, 1141 St. Clair Ave. W. (east of Dufferin) on Thursday, November 19, 2015 at 11:00 a.m. A graveside service will follow at Assumption Cemetery 6933 Tomken Rd., Mississauga at 12:30 p.m.
He will be greatly missed by his peers. May he rest in peace.
