Lidia Cristan

Lidia was born in Cavedago, Trentino, Italy. She will be reuniting with the love of her life for nearly 50 years in Heaven, Guiseppe Cristan.

Lidia was a warm and welcoming woman that took great pride in her cooking, baking, family pets and gardening right up to the time of her passing. Her passion for horticulture is evident by the beautiful flowers and abundant gardens she has left for family and friends to enjoy for many years to follow. Lidia's journey took her from Italy to Toronto, Canada where she and her husband built a loving home. She carried her roots, traditions, and strength with her everywhere she went.

Lidia will be lovingly remembered by her son John (Maria) and daughter Anita (Vince) as well as a beloved "Nonna" to her grandson Blake. She will be missed and fondly remembered by nieces, nephews and other family and friends.

Guests will be received at DELMORO FUNERAL HOME, 61 Beverley Hills Dr. (1 light south of Wilson Ave. west of Jane St. (416.249.4499) on Sunday, December 28th, 2025 from 3-7 p.m.

A funeral mass will be celebrated on Monday, December 29th, 2025 from 11am to 12pm at ST. PHILIP NERI CATHOLIC CHURCH (2100 Jane St.).

Entombment to follow at Beechwood Cemetery (7241 Jane St.).
