We just returned from a 2 month holliday. Dick was a youth brassband player with my husband. We met hin in Germany. We weren in the Cz and fam Katjee who worked with him said he was a good officer. His last words to us as he finished lunch and excused himself from the table was that he "was off to find Susan to make sure she took time to eat."   He is a very special man who deeply cared for his family and others.   We grew to appreciate him so much!!!
