Died peacefully on May 11, 2012 at the Toronto Western Hospital in her 93rd year. Beloved mother of Catherine and Robert. Madeline was predeceased by her husband Frank Edward Brooks. Madeline will be dearly missed by her family and friends. Family and friends are invited to visitation on Thursday, May 17th from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at the Rosar- Morrison Funeral & Chapel Home, 467 Sherbourne Street. A mass celebrating her life will be held at St. Peter's Roman Catholic Church, 830 Bathurst Street (across from the Bathurst subway station), on Friday, May 18th at 10 a.m. After the service, family and friends are invited to a reception at the Rosar-Morrison Funeral Home at noon. Memorial donations may be made to the Native Canadian Centre of Toronto.
