Linda (Marie) Lum

It is with great sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Linda (Marie) Lum, 60, of Oshawa, on February 1st, 2025, at her home. Linda was born on February 14, 1964, in Toronto, and was the loving mother of Ryan and Christian.

A kind and compassionate woman, Linda’s generosity and willingness to help others in need were the hallmarks of her character. Her kindness left an indelible mark on all who knew her, and she will be remembered for her selflessness, her strength, and the deep love she had for her family, especially her two sons, whom she adored more than anything.

Linda is survived by her sons, Ryan (Crystal) and Christian, as well as her grandchildren, Braeden and Cameron. She was predeceased by both of her parents.

A memorial service to celebrate Linda’s life will be held on March 12th, 2025, at Giffen-Mack and Trull Funeral Home in Toronto. Visitation will take place from 1:00-3:00 pm, with the service to follow at 4:00 pm. The family invites all who knew Linda to join them in honoring her life and the lasting impact she had on those around her.

Linda will be deeply missed, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved and helped throughout her life.
