Marsha Ross Greenbaum

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the loss of our mom, our mooma, Marsha Greenbaum on February the 14th. She passed peacefully to the sounds of Rod Stewart’s American Songbook and surrounded by her daughters Lisa, Leslie and her bonus daughter in her heart, Kersti. She has now gone to be with our dad Fred, the love of her life (besides the Blue Jays of course). Her feisty spirit is already missed by her family and friends in which the list is so long. Our mom and dad opened their homes and hearts to so many: Jennie (other bonus daughter) Henry (bonus son) and their sons by marriage Rory and Bob.

She was the very definition of good things come in small packages. She was resilient and had a fighting spirit despite the obstacles she faced. Freddy and Hayden, her grandchildren were her pride and joy. Watching the Blue Jays, reading, knitting and playing games with her dear friend Marilyn were her favourite things.

In lieu of flowers, we are requesting donations to be made to the Kidney Foundation as they supported our family for many years when we didn’t have the resources, and continue to do the same for many others.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Giffen-Mack & Trull Funeral Home, located at 2570 Danforth Ave, Toronto, ON, M4C 1L3, Canada. The service will take place on February 28, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
