Passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 19, 2016 in her 83rd year. Predeceased by her loving husband Kenneth. Cherished mother of Lynn (the late Bruce Wilkinson) and Brad (Angela). Pat will be fondly remembered by extended family and friends. Visitation will be held at JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough on Monday, May 23, 2016 from 4-7 p.m. A Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment at Resthaven Memorial Gardens.
