Sandra was a very generous and loving soul, her vibrant spirit shone through in everything she did, leaving a lasting impact on all who knew her. Her kindness extended beyond human relationships, enveloping her beloved cats and fostering a sense of safety and love for those animals she rescued.
Sandra had a love for flowers, gardening, knitting and over the past few years she rediscovered canning and preserving. Apples became her favorite focus, which she used to create pies eagerly anticipated by all who tasted them. Baking was a lifelong passion, which she shared with her daughter from a young age. It was her way of expressing herself and showing she cared. She loved seeing the joy her treats and hand knitted treasures brought to others.
Sandra was spontaneous, whether it be a last minute road trip or a cozy afternoon of tea with friends at her favorite café. Her laughter and zest for life inspired those around her to appreciate the small moments, to take time for friendship, and to share in the simple pleasures of life.
She leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and joy—a testament to a life well-lived and a heart that never ceased to give. Sandra will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and the many furry souls she championed throughout her life.
Sandra was the daughter of Roy and Christine Clark and beloved sister of Lynne Clark, all pre-deceased. She was the devoted mother of Robin Dryburgh (Mike) and Richard Jordan (Donna pre-deceased) who all loved her beyond words. She is survived by her children and grandchildren Jordanne, Jacob, Shane, Merisa, Brittany, Ashley, as well as great grandchildren and many loving family members and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you make a donation to the Toronto Humane Society, local animal shelter or the Cancer Society.
A celebration of life will be held at Nostalgia Coffee Company, 855 O'Connor Drive, East York, ON M4B 2S7 on Saturday March 29, 2025 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm.
