She is survived by her husband Michael, her daughter Stephanie (Chris), her son Christopher, her grandson Brandon, as well as her mother Beth and her sister Deborah (Al).
Susan was born on April 28th, 1958. She was extremely artistic and loved to draw, knit, crochet and sew, among many other hobbies. She excelled in everything she did and finished high-school with honours.
She chose to stay home to raise her children, but never gave up on her dreams. She attended the Academy of Design on nights and weekends, and did not return to the workforce until 1998. There, she worked for a dance and gymnastic costume company where she was able to design costumes for Patrick Chan, the Argos cheerleaders, Olympian gymnasts, and many others.
She opened her own business in 2012, and there she created beautiful dance costumes for many studios across the G.T.A. She even designed and made the Raptors Dance Packs outfits for the 2017 and 2018 seasons.
Susan was a perfectionist and everything she did, was done well. Her vibrant and charismatic personality touched many people. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.
A visitation for Susan will be held Monday, March 14, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Jerrett Funeral Home, 660 Kennedy Road, Scarborough, Ontario M1K2B5, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM.
