Passed away peacefully with family by her side on November 15, 2015 at the age of 83. Loving wife of the late Peter for over 50 years. Beloved Mom of Susan (Don Dore) and Kathy (David). Proud Grandma of Shawn and Cheryl and Great-Grandma of Lia Rose. Dear sister of Phyllis. Sylvia will be fondly remembered and dearly missed by her family, friends, and pets. Her passion for crocheting will be cherished by all who she gave an afghan to. Friends may call the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME, 660 Kennedy Rd., Scarborough on Wednesday, November 25, 2015 from 1-2 p.m. followed by a Memorial Service in the Chapel at 2 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Sylvia may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or Canadian Diabetes Association.
