With deep sorrow and immense love, we announce the passing of Tavy-Ann Alicia Ralph, whose vibrant spirit and unforgettable presence touched everyone who had the joy of knowing her. Tavy-Ann lived life in full colour—bright, bold, and unapologetically herself. Her boundless energy and joyful outlook brought light into every room she entered.

A true fashionista at heart, Tavy-Ann expressed herself through her unique style, flair, and love of colour. She had an incredible gift for turning even the simplest moments into something beautiful. Her laughter, creativity, and generous spirit will remain cherished memories for all who loved her.

Loving daughter to Jennifer and Steadman. Cherished sister of Shanice, Deidra, Sophia, Debbie, Selena, and Audeisha.

She is the proud aunt of Asia, Kalaysha, Hannah, Victoria, Emily and Nambi, Tristan, Daynthon Jr, Shamar, Emily, Angelita, Antonio, Latoya, Jevaughn, Jdora, Kaliyah, and Olinze.

She will be deeply missed by her cousins; Bianca, Kadesha, Julaine, Melaine, Nick, Jermaine, Kevin, Kayla, Dave, Richard, Kerry-Ann, Alexia, and Ashley. Her Aunts; Brenda, Pauline, Uncle Canute.

Tavy-Ann’s legacy lives on in the many lives she impacted with her kindness, warmth, and unmistakable sparkle. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.

A visitation will be held at Jerrett Funeral Homes, located at 1141 St Clair Ave West, Toronto, ON, M6E1B1, Canada, on December 6, 2025, from 9:30 am to 11:30 am.

The funeral service will follow at the same location from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm.

The burial will take place at Beechwood Cemetery, 7241 Jane St, Vaughan, ON, L4K 1A7, Canada, from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on the same day.
