KERR, Thomas Hugh, passed away peacefully on October 7, 2015 at Toronto East General Hospital in his 51st year. Beloved son of Frances Stephens and the late Kenneth Kerr. Survived by his Grandmother Effie Stephens many Aunts and Uncles, Nieces,Nephews, as well as loving friend Theresa and Vlado. Thomas will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him!
