Allen graduated from Hudson High in 1983 and had been a certified automotive smog inspector in California. He married Sheila Sergeant on March 7, 1992 in Hudson and they had one daughter, Samantha.
Allen held jobs as a welder, camera technician and was a mechanic for several years. He was also an avid gem and coin collector. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Darnel. Survivors also include a brother, Randy (Michelle) and sister Wendy, both of Hudson.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 on Thursday, May 30 at Lighthouse Memorials and Reception in Redondo Beach, CA, with a graveside service in Hudson at a later date.
