Bernard Domenic Torres, 94, of Torrance, California, died on February 14, 2024. He was born in Los Angeles, California in 1929 to Nick and Anna Torres. Bernard attended trade school where he trained to become a Journeyman Cabinet Maker.
After serving in the U.S. Army during the Korean War, Bernard married Antoinette Maracchione on April 19, 1953. As their family began to grow, they purchased a home in Torrance, California in 1958, where he resided until he passed. He was a proud member of the Order Sons and Daughters of Italy in America, and enjoyed traveling, golfing, and bowling.
Bernard was preceded in death by his beloved wife Antoinette, son Frank, and grandson Jeremy. He is survived by his daughter Annette (Pat), his sons Nick (Mary) and Mark, daughter-in-law Christie, grandchildren Britany (Steven), Jimmy, Joe, Dan, and Dave, and great-grandchildren Sophia, and Anthony.
