Billy Hugh Phipps passed away on June 15, 2018 after a long battle with cancer surrounded by family and loved ones at the age of 71. He is survived by wife Julie of 53 years, son Tim, daughter Sharise (Barbosa), brother Travis Phipps (Linda) and grandchildren Cameron, Courtney, Devin, Carsten, Kirsten, Greg, along with many cousins, nieces, nephews and his buddy Rowdy (the cat).
Bill retired from Northrop Grumman Corp. after 44 years of service to enjoy Ham Radio (W6ADD), cooking, trips to Kernville, and most of all riding his Harley every chance possible. He will be dearly missed by all and taken too soon.
