Emery, David Lee, a 14 year resident of Prescott, Arizona, passed away on Saturday, January 19, 2008 in Torrance. Born in Memphis, TN, David was 79 when he died. David had served in the Navy during the Korean War. David was a member of Plumbers Local 78, Los Angeles. His personal interests included race horses.
He is survived by his Brother, Calvin Emery of Prescott, AZ; Sister, Doris Harmon of Bellingham, WA; Sister, Virginia Taylor of Oceanside, CA; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Francis Emery; and Parents, Modena and Rufus Emery.
The Memorial Service will be held at White & Day Colonial Mortuary in Redondo Beach on Thursday, January 31, 2008 at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans.
