Harry George Hartman, loved and cherished Husband, Dad, and Granddad, age 83, of Rancho Palos Verdes, California, went to be with Jesus on November 11, 2010. He was born in Burbank, California. Harry graduated from Annapolis Naval Academy in 1951 and later served the Air Force overseas. He then worked for 33 years at Hughes Aircraft Company, Radar Systems Group. Most of all Harry loved being at home with his family. Especially, he loved his sweetheart and love of his life, his wife of 58 years, Dorothy Hartman. Harry's kids (we love you Dad!): Harry George Hartman, Jr.; Eileen Webb; Monica and Clark Rudder and Ralph and Dolores Hartman. Harry's grandkids (we love you Granddad!): Joshua and Jessica Rudder, Jason and Melissa Rudder, Victoria Hartman and Alexandra Hartman. Harry's nieces and nephews (we love you Uncle Harry!): Vonnie Lee, Chuck and Laura Hartman, Jodi Hartman, Jeri Holmes, Carol Booth, Donna Shearer, Titus Shearer, Jr., Myron Garbee, Gregg Garbee and Thomas Garbee. Memorial Services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on December 5, 2010 at Rice Mortuary, 5310 Torrance Blvd., Torrance, California.
