Remember that fiery redhead? Our mom, Katherine Ryan, passed away on Monday July 13, at home. She was predeceased by her husband of 49 years, Bob, and is survived by her children Bob, Tim (Kayo), Greg, Kitty, and Jeff (Lynelle), as well as grandchildren Sean, Drew, Josh, Jason, Kiki, and Kaitlin Ryan, brother Andrew Hanley, cousin Jack Monahan, numerous nieces, nephews, and sisters-in-law, and was a friend to everyone she met. Services to be held on Sat. July 18 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Anastasia Church, 7390 W. Manchester Blvd, Westchester. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Shelter, 2561 W. Venice Blvd., Los Angeles, CA 90019-6233, attn Sister Eileen Robinson.
