She is survived by her five siblings Belesario Duran, Eduardo Duran, Ignacio Duran, Oscar Duran, and Virginia Duran; four children Elizabeth Low, Maryester Balo, Cynthia Jorgenson and Marco Merriam, along with eight grandchildren Andrea Low, Daniel Low, Jeri Balo, Sarah Balo, Christopher Lee, Ariel Merriam, Madison Merriam and Emma Merriam.
A going home celebration will be held on April 23, 2016 at 10:00 am at Rice Mortuary, located on Torrance Blvd. in Torrance. Lunch will also be provided at the same location after the service.
