As a 62-year resident of Torrance, CA she was employed as a secretary at TRW and at St. James School, Redondo Beach. She was concessionnaire at Los Angeles Coliseum and Sports Arena.
Mildred serviced her community by participating in the West High Band Parents Association, Torrance Women's Club, Torrance Rose Float Association and Torrance Area Youth Band Board of Directors.
Her leisure hours would be filled with visiting family, feeding stray cats and turtles, playing piano, painting ceramics, gardening, taking pictures and writing her memoir
She was an avid follower of "Dancing with the Stars" and an admirer of Queen Elizabeth II of England with whom she shared the same birthday - April 21, 1926.
Husband James Joseph Blazejack, Sr., daughter Jeannine Webb and son Robert Allan Blazejack preceded her in death. Mildred is survived by her son James Joseph Blazejack Jr., daughter Carol Anne Rice and son David William Blazejack.
