On September 19, 1921 an angel was born.
Her name Norma Lilly de Carmel.
She lived a life of quiet service to her
parents, siblings, husband, daughter and son-in-law.
She was a pillar of faith for her family,
faithfully doing her duties with love and humility.
In times of great trial she would always say,
"God knows what He is doing, so I will leave
it in His Hands."
She knew the true meaning of surrender.
She enjoyed gardening, it brought her much peace.
She was a true life-giver, whatever she touched grew and blossomed.
She found humor in everything
and brought much joy to her family.
She loved her many pets and would
have conversations with them,
you could literally see the bonding taking place.
She enjoyed knitting, sewing, and needlepoint,
she did everything with great care and love.
She enjoyed traveling and would be in awe
of the many beautiful sights she saw.
Mom, I love you very much. You have
taught me well. Now, dad is waiting for you
to take you home to Jesus.
Love,
Your daughter,
Nancy M. Rockwood-Lippert
