PENTEK, PAUL JOHN, a 23 year resident of the South Bay (Redondo Beach), passed away on Sunday, April 14, 2002 in Los Angeles, CA. He was born June 12, 1952 in Cleveland, OH, and received advanced degrees in engineering and business from Toledo University and USC. Paul worked in the aerospace industry and was a master planning manager for Northrop. Among his many pursuits was his avid membership in the Jaguar Club of North America. He is survived by loving wife, Gayle (Komoda) Pentek of Redondo Beach, CA, and his devoted parents, Paul and Betty Pentek of Cleveland OH. Also left to mourn his passing are his sisters, Suzanne Pentek of Chicago, IL, and Betty Pentek and Judy Arthur, both of New York City, and his brother, Daniel (Margaret Osora) Pentek, his godson Christopher and niece Carolyn all of New Haven, CT. Visitation will be at White & Day Colonial Mortuary, 901 Torrance Blvd., Redondo Beach, April 18, 2002 from 5:00PM to 7:00PM. Services will be held April 19, 2002, 11:00AM at Immanuel Lutheran Church, 706 Knob Hill Ave., Redondo Beach and burial will follow at Green Hills Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes.
