Carter, Randall died June 4, 2003 at the age of 43 in a motorcycle accident. Randy is survived by his wife, Allyce McAlarnis-Carter; his son Zackery; daughters Victoria and Jaime; siblings Russell Burns, John Rosar, Janie Rosar, Lisa Young and Brooke Buckmeier. Also surviving Randy are his mother, Anne Rosar and stepfather, John and father David Carter and stepmother, Cynthia. South Bay resident for many years, Randy was an avid skier, surfer and skater; with a love for the outdoors, Randy was known to get on his motorcycle and frequently head up to the Malibu and Mulholland areas.
Randy had the great ability to bring a smile to everyone he encountered; being an enormous flirt, he was known to Allyce's friends as ''Love Bug'', loving to take pictures with all the girls.
Randy will be truly missed and remembered by all those whose lives he touched and loved.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, June 8 at 3:00pm at Mc Cormick Mortuary, 1998 S Pacific Coast Hwy, Redondo Beach, CA 90277, Phone: (310) 540-7444. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Randy's name to Surfrider Foundation or Alcoholics Anonymous.
