Richard (Dick) J. Loughran, a 40-year resident of Rancho Palos Verdes died on Wednesday, January 21, 2009 after a long struggle with C.O.P.D. He is survived by his loving wife Eileen and four adult children, Nancy Tarantino, Jane Lape, Carol Lye and Richard J. Loughran Jr. Dick also had a very special place in his heart for his nine wonderful grandchildren.
The mass to celebrate Dick's life will be Tuesday, January 27, 2009 at noon at Saint John Fisher Catholic Church, Crest and Crenshaw, Rancho Palos Verdes.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of Dick Loughran can be made to Campaign 21, Saint John Fisher Church Building Fund.
