Bob was a "local boy" who grew up in Hawthorne, CA. He attended Hawthorne High School and graduated from El Camino with a degree in Electronics.
Bob served his country and was decorated Bronze Star Vietnam Veteran.
After his military service, Bob used this education throughout his long time employment at Hughes Aircraft from 1972-1990, working his way up to management positions there.
Bob was active, loved life and enjoyed fast cars, fast boats and hanging out with friends.
He will be greatly missed by his survivors: wife Amy Schloss Foster, son, Derek Evan, Daughter, Rachelle Brackett and son –in-law Eric Brackett; grandchildren, Hannah, Andrew, Zackery and Tyler; father Ted Foster.
