Reis, Ruby Viola a 50 year resident of Torrance, passed away on Friday, June 30, 2006 in Torrance. Born in South Pasadena, CA, Ruby was 85 when she died. Ruby was a member of St. Catherine Laboure and she is survived by her Daughters, Clare Enroth of Mesa, AZ, Diane Zinkus of Diamond Bar, CA, Rita Donahue of Redondo Beach, CA & Barbara Massie of Kent, WA, Sons, Jim of New Market, MD, Tom of Roseville, CA, Pat of Chino Hills, CA, Paul of Torrance, CA & Richard of Inglewood, CA, Sisters, Betty Whipple & Roberta Mast, 22 Grandchildren and 11 Great Grandchildren. A gathering of family & friends will be Thursday, July 6, 2006, 6:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Rice Mortuary in Torrance, CA. The Funeral Mass will be Friday, July 7, 2006, 10:00 A.M. at St. Catherine Laboure Church in Torrance, CA. Committal will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Culver City, CA.
