Soledad “Sol” Santos Arenas, a resident of Gardena, CA, passed away on August 21, 2021 in Gardena, CA. Born in Manila, Philippines, Sol was 87 when she died. Sol was a remarkable and devoted mother to her children, having persevered through adversity. She was also a caring grandmother to her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Sol is survived by her children Suzanne Felix, Socrates Inonog, Jr., Shirley Floresca, Sally Inonog, Samuel Inonog and Sophia Boulanger; and by her sister Carmelita Arenas-Cruz. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday, September 9, 2021, at Lighthouse Memorials & Receptions, Gardena CA from 1:00pm until 5:00pm, with the Service beginning at 3:00pm. A reception follows in Lighthouse’s Reception Room until 7pm.
