

Raised in Livonia, she graduated from Franklin High School in 1982. Deanna worked for Munson Home Health Care as office support for over 10 years. She loved her job and her coworkers. She was a loving mother and stepmother, faithful wife, and devoted friend. Her hobbies included watching her children play sports, golfing and bowling, or simply sitting on the patio indulging in a good meal and a glass of wine. Always full of energy, Deanna lived life with a smile on her face.
She will be greatly missed by her mother, Linda (Henri) Gagnon of Westland; children: Amanda and Shane Jorgensen of Williamsburg, step children Angelia (Tony) Everett of Jacksonville, FL and Shawn (Ashleigh) Erving of Sana Barbara, CA; Maternal grandfather Harold Collins; brother, Jason Gagnon of Westland; Aunt, Barbara Nathanson, and many friends.
Deanna was preceded in death by her father Gary, aunt, Valetta Collins, and maternal grandmother Maxine Collins.
Anthony Donald Erving, age 57, of Williamsburg passed away Sunday, August 2, 2015. He was born July 8, 1958 in Detroit to Donald and Phyllis (Benedict) Erving. Tony graduated from Traverse City High School in 1976. He owned and operated Dolly’s Best for over 12 years and was well regarded for his quality work. He enjoyed his time as a referee and umpire for local hockey and baseball leagues. Tony was an avid golfer and bowler. He loved to travel, enjoy wine, and smoke a good cigar. Tony also loved entertaining friends and family; he was a remarkable host ensuring a good time was had by all. He was a loving and supportive father, stepfather, and grandfather.
He will be greatly missed by his children: Angelia (Tony) Everett of Jacksonville, FL and Shawn (Ashleigh) Erving of Santa Barbara, CA; step children: Amanda and Shane Jorgensen of Williamsburg; Grandchildren: Logan Everett, Brooklyn and Dominic Erving; father Donald Erving of Traverse City; siblings: Daniel (Rebekah), Mike, Jody, and Chad (Monique) Stubbs; Aunt Carol Adamisin and many friends.
Tony was preceded in death by his mother Phyllis.
Tony and Deanna were married August 3, 2012 in Traverse City. They met while bowling and have been inseparable ever since. Their love for each other was strong and evident by all. They enjoyed life together, whether it was traveling, or barbequing in the back yard with the kids, they found joy in every moment.
A funeral service for both Tony and Deanna will be held Friday, August 7, 2015 at 4 p.m. at New Hope Community Church with visitation beginning at 2 p.m. also at the church.
Memorial contributions in Tony and Deanna’s names may be directed to the family to help care for the children.
