

Delores was born on July 21, 1945 in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Amelia and Peter Moleski. She graduated from Saginaw High School in 1963. Delores raised her boys in Muskegon before settling in Fountain, Michigan. She established a hair salon, Ladee's and Gents, and drove a bus for Mason County Central before retiring. She was a member of the Fountain Fire Department Auxiliary. Throughout her life, Delores was active in the Catholic faith and regularly attended St. Mary's Church in Custer and Saint Jerome's Catholic Church in Scottville.
Delores touched the lives of many and will be remembered for her upbeat personality, work ethic, kindness, and giving nature. She enjoyed traveling with family and friends and shared many adventures with her sisters. Delores loved to cook for family and friends. She was always ready for fun and a good game of pool, darts or cards.
She is survived by her two sons, Stephen (Jolene) Sliwinski and James (Teresa) Sliwinski; two granddaughters, Leah and Alaina Sliwinski; sister, Beverly (Jack) Alfano; brother-in law, Bruce Labreche; beloved nieces and nephews, their spouses and children; and her best friend, Don Rood.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Nancy Labreche.
Her family extended a special thank you to the staff at the Grand Traverse Pavilions for the warm and loving care they provided to Delores and her family.
As Delores wished, cremation took place.

Arrangements were entrusted to Covell Funeral Home, Traverse City, Michigan.
