It took me a long time to write what I wanted to say and still words cannot express what I felt over Ms. Peart's passing.  She was my mentor and friend who impacted my life greatly in encouraging to be best at what I do .  I always thought that we both would be hanging out together when I got to Georgia but God had other plan.  My prayers are with her daughters and the rest of the family.

I worked with Mrs. Peart for many, many years-- Betty, Yvonne and I would always pick Mrs. Peart up and drive to work together on many occasion, "the four musketeers" we'd call ourselves.  We always said we'd take a road trip, but that went on hold when she moved to Georgia.  Dorothy was like a mother to me and I'll truly miss her dearly everyday.  She may be resting in glory but we will carry all the precious memories she left behind in our hearts--though they may be heavy, her spirit will indeed carry on.  Mrs. Peart, I love you dearly and I will surely miss you, my dear.

And to the family, I am praying for your continued strength and health during your time of bereavement.

I will always remember, Ms. Dorothy, one of the most beautiful and humble women that I've ever known with much wisdom and knowledge to share with others.  Ms. Dorothy graced us, New Dimension Restoration Ministries, with a genial smile almost every first and third Sunday church service at the Regency House.  Truly, she will be missed.  Her seat will be empty but she will always occupy a place in our hearts.  To the family, may God strengthen you and that you  forever hold on to the legacy of Ms. Dorothy.

When I first met mrs Dorothy she gave me a big hug like as if I known her all alone. As if she was my mom I will never forget that day. Rest in peace mrs.Dorothy I will always remember you. Mrs

Dorothy Peart was truly one of our greatest and brightest lights.  She represented the confluence of grace, beauty and intelligence.  Her smile could brighten a room.  If you were blessed to have known her, she undoubtedly left an indelible mark that you will always relish. You couldn't help but love her from the moment she said "Hello."  Her spirit was warm and her heart compassionate.  I am richer for having known her.

Mrs. Dorothy was a beautiful woman that always had a beautiful smile on her face.  She was always so nice to me, she will be missed.  To my Auntie Michelle, stay strong and know that your mom is in a hand much bigger than ours  we don't have her here in flesh but her memories will last forever.

Dorothy was a wonderful caring woman who was a big asset to The Regency House community.  Her sharp sense of humor and her love of life will be greatly missed.
