Forever in our Hearts
Heather Lynn Chapman was born at noon on May 26, 1990 to David Franklin Chapman, Jr. and Adaline Paguibitan Chapman.
Heather leaves to cherish her memories: father, David Chapman; mother, Adaline Chapman; brother, Matthew Chapman; and grandmother, Margaret Chapman; and aunts, uncles, cousins and friends who loved her.
Heather attended and received her education in the Dekalb County Public Schools. She attended Georgia State University and graduated from Georgia Health Sciences University (previously known as the Medical College of Georgia) in 2013 with a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Clinical Laboratory Sciences, and obtained a position in the clinical laboratory at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.
She enjoyed her dogs, Bella and Kira, and loved the outdoors. She was an accomplished fisherman and enjoyed traveling. She will be remembered for her kindness, loyalty, intelligence and beauty.
In keeping with Heather’s wishes, there will be no funeral service.
In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Humane Society of United States or the Sea Turtle Conservancy.
