Nunca pasó por mi mente que esto podía suceder, estamos viviendo un dolor inimaginable, mijo, eres mi primer sobrino, mi niño hermoso, gracias por esos apapachos, los llevaré impregnados siempre, gracias por ser un maravilloso sobrino, mi hermanito chiquito, así te veía. Pienso que esto es un mal sueño y prefiero imaginar que simplemente estás de viaje, para mí no te fuiste, algún día nos encontraremos y viviremos con tu abuelito en la eternidad, disfrútalo y anda tranquilo, que Leah y mis bebés, tienen mucha familia que les ama y siempre estará pendiente de ellos. Te amo entrañablemente papi, vivirás en mi corazón siempre 😞🙏🙏

Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.

   In so many ways Tony was not only a son but a friend, confidant, and my reality-check. He was also willing to listen and learn from others, taking time to glean good counsel from people he could trust. In our family, he helped us, through the Holy Spirit, to bear our burdens, pull our loads, and to keep it between the ditches on life's road. 
   Though it was often frustrating to get ahold of him, once we did engage I could always find a dependable soul who was always quick to laugh from the depths of his heart. 
   I will particularly miss his enthusiastic banter and our discussions about the kids, sports, and politics. When we had serious matters to talk about, he was a great listener. Even when we knew we faced challenges and had long lists of things to get done, he was always the first to say, "I am fine, everything will work itself out," even when we all knew he was not always fine and struggled to bear his own burdens so nobody else would have to. 
   In awkward moments of discord, he was there to keep the peace as best he could. Tony always despised complaining and conflict. It just never fit with his naturally cool demeanor. I learned so much from him in that respect. He never appreciated when he sensed that someone was daring to "grieve the Holy Spirit" or interrupt or impede a positive flow. 
   I never doubted that Tony was on the team, our team, helping to keep us all pulling in the same direction together.  Rest in peace, son, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend.

Sometimes we never understand the ways of God, since we are ignorant in the perfection of his decisions, for us it is unnatural that my nephew has left without any justification, leaving a trail of uncertainty, pain and sadness and not being prepared to face that he is no longer with us. But there are signs that tell me that he is well and was received in his new home by his grandfather Hector and my loving father Jesus in a place without pain or sadness, a place where there is no time and in the blink of an eye we will also be by his side in a party of endless joy, even if for us it lasts 100 years. Leah, Beckham, Hailey, Hope and Leo always count on their uncles Hiram and Jasmine and their cousins ​​Hiram and André for whatever they need since they are part of my family and my blood, we love them with all our hearts.

a veces nunca entendemos los caminos de Dios, ya que somos ignorantes en la perfección de sus decisiones, para nosotros es antinatural que mi sobrino se haya ido sin justificación alguna, dejando una estela de incertidumbre, dolor y tristeza y no estar preparado para afrontar que ya no se encuentre con nosotros. Pero hay señales que me dicen que el se encuentre bien y fue recibido en su nueva morada por su abuelo Héctor y mi padre amoroso Jesús en un lugar sin dolor, ni tristeza, un lugar dónde no hay tiempo y en un parpadeo de ellos también estaremos a su lado en una fiesta de algarabía interminable, aunque para nosotros dure 100 años. Leah, Beckham, Hailey, Hope y Leo siempre cuentan con su tíos Hiram y Jazmín y sus primos Hiram y André para lo que necesiten ya que son parte de mi familia y mi sangre los amamos con todo el corazón.
