Mamie P. Cunningham was born on May 2, 1928 in Warrenton, Georgia to Patience Daniel. Mamie was a high school graduate. She was a dedicated Housekeeper for many years. Mamie later married Mr. Cunningham who preceded her in death.
Mamie was a dedicated member of The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church. In her later years, she enjoyed watching Soap Operas, Judge Judy, and Family Fued.
Mamie leaves behind to cherish her memories; her Nephew Bobbie Gilliam; Nieces Mattie Williams and Antoinette Williams. Mamie will be missed dearly by her family, friends, and fellow church members.
A visitation for Mamie will be held Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316. A funeral service will occur Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at The Greater Piney Grove Baptist Church, 1879 Glenwood Ave SE, Atlanta, GA 30316. A committal service will occur Wednesday, May 24, 2023 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at Lincoln Cemetery, 2275 Joseph E. Boone Blvd NW, Atlanta, GA 30314, Atlanta, GA 30314.
